CNC-cut steel plate welding. Anti-corrosion coating. Helium/kerosene leak detection.
⑤ Vacuum Hot-Press Drying
High-temp & high-vacuum treatment. Removes moisture from insulation. Prevents partial discharge.
⑥ Active Part Hoisting & Tank Assembly
Careful hoisting into tank. Bushings, conservator, thermometers installed. Oil-tight sealing.
⑦ Vacuum Oil Filling & Treatment
Multi-stage vacuum filtration. Slow filling under vacuum. Eliminates air bubbles for optimal dielectric strength.
⑧ Standing & Oil Conditioning
24-72h ambient standing for full impregnation. Recheck oil level & sealing. No leakage/seepage.
⑨ Final Routine & Type Testing
DC resistance, ratio, insulation, withstand voltage, no-load/load loss, temp rise, PD test. Approved for shipment.
